Becca is a registered psychology associate in the state of Maryland. She is currently completing her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology at Fielding Graduate University. While earning her Masters degrees in Biology, Biomedical Science, and Clinical Psychology, Becca developed a passion for studying the brain, and an enthusiasm for exploring how an individual’s neurotype shapes their experiences of the world. She primarily works with children, teens, and young adults, providing testing, individual and group therapy, and parenting support services.
Becca conducts neurodiversity-affirming, strengths-based psychological assessments with individuals age 3 and up, including developmental evaluations and adult Autism and ADHD assessments. She is passionate about supporting individuals in understanding the nuance and complexity of their brains, helping to cultivate a clearer sense of identity and empowering individuals to embrace their strengths and advocate for their needs.
Becca enjoys working with neurodivergent individuals, and has experience working with Autistic, ADHD, and OCD children and adults, including late-identified and self-identifying neurodivergent individuals. Becca is experienced in working with members of the LGBTQ+ community and gender-nonconforming individuals, bringing an awareness of intersectionality to the provision of supportive and affirming care.
Becca focuses on building a supportive, empathic, and affirming therapeutic relationship with every patient. Her aim in therapy is to work with each individual’s strengths, embrace neurodiversity, explore identity and relationships, and cultivate self-awareness to encourage growth and to support patients in reaching their therapeutic goals.
Becca’s professional interests include high-masking Autism and ADHD, PDA, sleep psychology, and pediatric neuropsychology. She is supervised by Carla Corsey, PsyD.
As the Psychotherapy and Testing Operations Manager, Becca consults with prospective patients for testing and therapy services to understand individual needs, provide guidance around services, and match patients with our providers. She also works closely with our administrative team to manage the day-to-day operations of our testing and psychotherapy services.
