Shang is an international medical graduate who supports psychiatric care at Washington Behavioral Medicine Associates. She provides clinical and technical assistance with transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) and oversees Spravato (esketamine) dosing and post-dose monitoring under the direct supervision of a licensed physician. Shang coordinates care logistics, including insurance authorizations, scheduling, prescriptions, and EHR management.

She also administers standardized psychometric assessments and monitors vitals during procedures. Fluent in English, Kurdish, and Arabic, she combines clear communication with organized, compassionate care.

Outside work, Shang enjoys reading, meditation, cooking, and spending time with her family and her cats.
