We’re Hiring: We are seeking both full-time and part-time licensed therapists for in-person and telehealth psychotherapy roles. This position is ideal for those licensed or license-eligible in Maryland and who are affirming or open to learning about neurodiversity and LGBTQ+ communities. We also offer a unique opportunity for ongoing professional growth, with a supportive team and a variety of therapeutic modalities to expand your expertise.

Key Qualifications:

Expertise in one or more of the following therapeutic modalities:

Play Therapy
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy (ISTDP)
Internal Family Systems (IFS)
Psychodynamic Psychotherapy
Trauma-Informed Care
Exposure and response prevention (ERP)

Excellent Communication Skills: Positive, energetic, curious, empathic, and committed to ongoing professional growth

Schedule: Flexible, typically 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $110.00 – $170.00 per hour
