We are out of network for services but provide superbills for our patients. Superbills contain information our patients need to submit to insurance companies for potential reimbursement of services. We ask that new psychiatry patients provide a $200 deposit toward their initial fees. If you need to cancel please do so within 48 BUSINESS hours of your scheduled appointment, and we will refund you the deposit. Failure to cancel within 48 BUSINESS hours may result in forfeiture of your deposit.
During your initial session, we offer the flexibility of meeting either in person or virtually, depending on your schedule and preferences. This session is important for conducting a thorough assessment of your personal history and treatment requirements. It’s also the ideal time to share any specific therapy goals you may have. Together, we’ll discuss the workings of therapy, review office policies, address privacy and confidentiality concerns.
Especially in today’s digital age, virtual therapy sessions offer flexibility and accessibility. Inquiring about virtual options ensures that you can access therapy conveniently, even if you’re unable to attend in person.
