Shonna Biderman is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with a deep passion for supporting individuals of all ages—children, adolescents, and adults—on their journey toward growth and self-understanding. With a rich educational background, Shonna attended the University of Toronto and the University of Miami for undergraduate studies in science and fine arts before earning her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Johns Hopkins University.

Shonna specializes in supporting ADHD and Autistic clients, providing parent coaching, and working with individuals navigating anxiety and relationship challenges. Her approach is neurodiversity-affirming, strengths-based, and deeply collaborative, celebrating each client’s unique perspectives while providing tools to foster meaningful change. Shonna creates a welcoming, validating space where clients feel seen, valued, and empowered to thrive as their authentic selves.

Trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and integrative approaches to ADHD, Shonna blends evidence-based strategies with mind-body techniques. Her work helps clients process trauma, build resilience, and develop practical tools for daily life, all while fostering self-compassion and emotional well-being.

Shonna believes that growth happens when we balance acceptance with the courage to pursue positive change. With her warm and supportive presence, she partners with clients to navigate challenges, celebrate strengths, and create lives that feel fulfilling, connected, and true to who they are.
